1st Splash Pad of the Season

 Ok, the jellies, those legs.... I just can't get over the cuteness :)

Aunt Cami & Jackson are doing a diaper study with us. after our 1st drop off of the study we ventured over to a splash pad to play till it was time to pick up Katelyn from preschool.

The kids had so much fun!

I was really impressed with Bridget & Jackson.

Bridget walked around like she owned the place.

p.s. she is officially a walker! you won't catch her crawling at all anymore. I still can't get over it! , as you can tell :)

 Mack ran in circles.... and only took out 1 toddler. 

She was a tough little girl. 

  Not sure why, but when I was editing and I came across this photo I burst into tears.

... and here I go again.

It's just those eye.

Those sweet eyes just looking up at me.

Mack is such a sweet boy. 

He decides when he wants to be, and it's worth that wait.

He really does melt my heart

Is Summer Break Over Yet?

Don't get me wrong, this summer has been great.

It seems there has been project after project, the good and the bad.

But seriously I am barely keeping my head on.

And now preparing for back to school has gotten me exhausted.

But I cant complain, it's been a blessing!

Friday I had 22 clients back to back, Saturday was jam packed too, then today I hit 24 haircuts back to back and don't even get me started on tomorrow's schedule.

I can't thank my parents enough for helping me through Cosmetology school.

And Scott for helping me run this crazy business.

It has been a major love/passion and blessing in my life.

I Love all my clients and all the referrals they send my way.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!

Scott has completed all his work and now the tiling is about to begin.

Love, Your Friend was this weekend.

It was our Talent Show and boy, did we have a lot of talents this year.

Here is Scott's talent.

We were given a ventriloquist doll by my family and we put it to good use.

(and Mack was his assistant, because he didn't want to leave Scott side all night :)

This past Sunday, it just seemed special.

It was a peaceful feeling all day & I loved it!

And to top that off we even made Cookie bars for Jacob's birthday get together that night.

My 2 little helpers anxiously waited for their samples and giggled the whole way through keeping me plenty entertained!

I think what has made me most happy lately is this amazing man!

I am so appreciative to Scott in so many ways.

He has been my Superman!

I love him from his freshly showered goofy hair....

& his beautiful eyes.....

All the way down to his toes.

While this summer hectically comes to an end and the lists of projects become never ending, I feel so grateful for my blessings and for my family that are always by my side.

Our 4th of July Celebration

Yesterday we woke up early to go to our ward party complete with bike parade, crafts, a yummy breakfast, and presentation.

Thank you to everyone who put it together we had a lot of fun!

We spent the day cleaning and lounging. The kids napped and Scott & I watch Rocky movies.

That evening we went over to Grandma Ray's for swimming & dinner.

Then kept an eye out for fireworks.

Then we played with sparklers, always a hit :)

Summer Visit

I'm LOVING summer!

Nothing seems to b too rushed, yet I feel like I am accomplishing so much, even if it is just lounging with the family.

I Love It!

Today I had hair all morning. Way cute outcomes!

Scott went to Uncle Brian's graduation from A.T.Still Dental School. Congrats Brian!!!!

then Scott worked on the bathroom. Yep, the bathroom is alive again!! Next comes the drywall. Yay!

Then we played in the backyard:)

A bonus is we received a visit from cousin Ben all the way from Northern Cali.

Seriously for you who don't know the Nicoll family.

We r HUGE!

Uncle Kevin and the boys from Utah also came down for a visit.

Yay for summer and Yay for family visits!
