Katelyn came running into me this morning after I had sat her down w/ some finger paints. Yes, i should have been watching her, but I had some pending stuff to do on the computer.
Anyways, she was so concerned about something regarding Bailey, so i went into the kitchen and found that Bailey had been used to finger paint on.
Just look at that face :(
This girl loves her finger paints and it's rare that Mommy is nice enough to pull them out for her, Even though it is a very easy clean up-surprisingly.
Here is our hopeful home 1/2 of it in the pic at least.
We are in the middle of the whole process and are keeping our fingers crossed.
It needs a lot of work, but we think we can get an awesome deal on it.
On a corner lot, it's about 2400 sq ft 4 bedroom/3 bath. Living room, family room and large kitchen and eating area. Plus lots of storage space and a large backyard with gardening area.
The only downfall is No garage, but there is a a lot of closed in storage space is the backyard.
We are also making offers on a few more homes, but this is our top choice. I am trying not to get too excited because you never know what will happen, but the decorative wheels are turning and they are hard to turn off.
This home was up for auction yesterday and now it's ours. We close Tuesday and are kinda in shock that w/in a few days we will have a home.
