It's all in the hands of the Bank now.
We do have a little advantage though because of the relationship of the underwriter to the sellers.
He said the sale should be complete w/in 60 days, but he would try for even sooner.
Mack will be born in approx 62 days, so I pray that everything will continue on track & we will be moved in before he arrives.
